About The Role:Candrone is seeking a Mining Business Development Executive to grow our Mining Vertical across Canada. This is not a traditional sales role—we’re looking for someone with strong industry knowledge who can build trusted relationships and identify opportunities where UAV, LiDAR, mapping, and data solutions improve operations.
You’ll work closely with mine operators, engineers, and technical teams to deliver solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and decision-making, while helping establish Candrone as a trusted partner in the mining sector.
This is a hybrid role with travel across Canada for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of business development, sales, operations, surveying, engineering, environmental consulting, mining technology, or related experience within the mining industry.
- Existing relationships within mining, engineering, surveying, environmental, or resource sectors are considered a strong asset.
- Experience selling technical solutions into industrial environments is preferred.
- Experience with UAVs, LiDAR, surveying, mapping, or geospatial technologies is considered an asset but not required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Canada for customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
Compensation package:-
Competitive salary: $75,000 – $85,000
