Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized assistance to meet their maternity wear needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of high-end maternity apparel
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate sizes, styles, and accessories while offering expert fashion advice
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s premium standards
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Support inventory management through merchandising, stock replenishment, and accurate record keeping
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive shopping experience
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods while ensuring attention to detail
Skills
