Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard Maintenance/Snow Removal Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining outdoor landscapes and ensuring safe, accessible grounds during all seasons. The ideal candidate will have experience with landscape maintenance, construction, and mechanical tools, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Perform yard maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and landscaping to enhance property appearance
- Conduct snow removal using appropriate machinery and manual tools to ensure safe pathways and driveways during winter months
- Assist with gardening tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and soil preparation
- Perform general mechanical maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Support construction or renovation projects related to outdoor spaces as required
Requirements
- Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or construction is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment operation and outdoor work environments
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment operation or transportation needs
