Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor who is fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to support our growing Chinese-speaking customer base.
The Automotive Service Advisor at Hogan Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is a Customer Service role responsible for providing excellent customer service, advice, and sales assistance to customers who have questions or concerns with their repair or service needs for their vehicles. This position reports directly to the Service Manager, and will be integral in supporting the sales team and establishing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $52,000 to $90,000 & higher based on experience per year, paid biweekly. This is a full-time, individual contributor role. Benefits include, medical & dental.
