Job Description Gameday Men’s Health is expanding! With our Aurora location successfully running since February 2025, we are launching a brand-new clinic in Richmond Hill, ON. To accelerate our growth and community connection, we are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Outreach Coordinator to drive brand awareness, secure community partnerships, and drive new patient inquiries.

Role Overview:
As our Field Outreach Coordinator, you will spend 70-80% of your time in the field acting as the community face of Gameday across Richmond Hill, Aurora, and surrounding areas. Your primary focus is education and connection, building strategic relationships with local organizations (gyms, golf courses, local businesses) and organizing high-impact local marketing events to fill our clinic's consultation pipeline.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Community Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and secure strategic referral partnerships with local businesses, athletic clubs, and corporate wellness groups.
- Public Education & Engagement: Proactively educate the public on Gameday’s longevity and wellness services to drive new patient inquiries and clinic consultation bookings.
- Event Marketing & Logistics: Coordinate, set up, and execute local marketing events, pop-ups, health fairs, and business presentations to showcase our services.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing engagement with established community partners to ensure a steady, recurring stream of patient referrals.
- Activity Logging: Responsibly track and log daily field activities, event outcomes, and patient inquiry data using our internal tracking software.
- Clinical Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Nurse Practitioner Clinic Director and internal medical team to ensure a seamless transition from community inquiry to clinic patient.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in outside sales, field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or community outreach (experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a strong asset).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; highly comfortable approaching new organizations and presenting passionately about men's health and vitality.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to manage a field calendar, track goals independently, and maintain high productivity while working on the road.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel across the territory.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends to represent the clinic at high-traffic community events and weekend pop-ups.
Compensation & Compliant Incentive Structure:
- Base Rate: $20-$22.00 per hour
- Uncapped Performance Bonus: A structured commission/incentive program paid regularly based on measurable performance indicators:
- The number of qualified patient inquiries and clinic consultations generated from community outreach events.
- The number of active referral partnerships formed with local organizations.
- Travel Compensation: CRA recommended Mileage allowance / kilometer-based gas stipend provided for all required field travel between sites and partnership locations.
- Professional Growth: Opportunities to transition into full-time Clinic Manager role.
