Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to the childcare team, setting high standards for educational excellence, safety, and caregiving practices
- Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education principles that promote learning through play and exploration
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and organizational policies
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to maintain a motivated team
- Build strong relationships with families, providing regular communication about children's progress and program updates
- Manage daily operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or caregiving roles
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities or special needs
- Strong background in teaching methodologies suitable for early childhood development
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations related to childcare services
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Compassionate approach to caregiving combined with excellent communication skills
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or related fields are preferred

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
