Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring prompt service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and closing out shifts responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing purposes.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
