Job Overview
As a Delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering orders safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with AGCO regulations. You will use your own vehicle and a smartphone application for navigation and tracking.
Availability Requirement
Flexible schedule between 9:30 AM and 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own reliable vehicle to deliver orders to customers.
- Follow assigned delivery routes using Google Maps or Apple Maps.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service.
- Accurately maintain delivery records and report any issues promptly.
Compensation (Independent Contractor Role)
This is not an hourly wage role; drivers are paid per delivery as follows:
- $19.50 per hour
- 100% of customer tips
Payroll Deductions
This is an hourly employment role. Compensation will be subject to standard payroll deductions including CPP (Canada Pension Plan), EI (Employment Insurance), and applicable income taxes in accordance with Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) requirements and Canadian payroll regulations.

Requirements
- Must have a valid CanSell certification before joining (can be obtained within 24 hours).
- Own a reliable vehicle for deliveries.
- Minimum age of 19 years (as per AGCO regulations).
- At least 1 year of Canadian driving experience.
- Valid G or G2 driver’s license.
- Own an Android or iOS smartphone with data for delivery tracking and communication.
- Comfortable using GPS applications like Google Maps or Apple Maps.
- Available for immediate start.
