About the Opportunity
Banyan Gold Corp. is seeking Environmental Monitors from the FNNND to support
environmental monitoring and information sharing during exploration activities at the
AurMac Gold Project.
This role supports responsible environmental stewardship and provides an opportunity for
FNNND citizens to participate directly in observing and documenting environmental
conditions on the land. Environmental Monitors help ensure exploration activities are
carried out in accordance with permits, environmental protection measures, and
commitments made to FNNND. This is a collaborative monitoring role, focused on
observation, communication, and early identification of environmental or cultural concerns.
What You Will Do
Observe exploration activities and environmental conditions on site
Monitor water, wildlife, fish, vegetation, waste management, fuel storage, and general
site conditions
Record observations and report concerns to the Environmental Manager
Support respectful conduct by contractors and site staff
Share observations and community perspectives with the Community Engagement
Manager
Follow all safety procedures while on site
