We're looking for a Concierge who understands that the front desk isn't a reception area, it's the heart of the guest experience.
This is for someone who naturally notices the details, anticipates needs before they're asked, and believes exceptional service is found in the moments people remember long after they leave.
What You'll Do
As the first and last impression of The Standard, you'll create an experience that feels warm, polished, and personal from the moment someone walks through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering a luxury-level guest experience with every interaction
- Greeting every guest by name whenever possible
- Managing appointments and bookings with precision
- Answering phones, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Preparing the space each day to ensure every detail meets The Standard
- Offering beverages, functional mocktails, and thoughtful hospitality touches
- Maintaining immaculate front-of-house presentation
- Assisting with retail recommendations and product sales
- Supporting memberships, promotions, and guest education
- Managing check-in, checkout, and payment processing
- Coordinating with practitioners to ensure seamless guest flow
- Handling guest concerns confidently while always protecting the guest experience
- Supporting events, launches, and special experiences
- Looking for ways every day to improve how guests feel while they're with us
- Ad hoc tasks as needed

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is considered an asset:
- Luxury hospitality
- Boutique hotels
- High-end retail
- Medical aesthetics
- Spa or salon reception
- Concierge services
- Customer service or guest experience roles
Training will be provided for the right candidate who shares our commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Belleville area
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work evenings and weekends as required
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn booking software quickly
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
