Full-Time, Seasonal Portrait Photographers for the busy fall season. The successful candidates will be photographing school children, graduates, faculty, and staff.
SMART Photography is a well-established, Edmonton based company, specializing in school, college, and university portrait photography.
Requirements:
- Portrait photography experience is a definite asset
- Experience IN the school photography industry would be a plus
- Experience dealing with school age children and teenagers would be considered an advantage
- Must have a valid Alberta Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Candidate’s own vehicle will be used for travel to client locations, and to transport photography equipment, throughout the duration of the season
- Mileage will be paid for any travel outside the Edmonton Metro area
- MUST LIVE in the Edmonton or surrounding area.
Candidates best suited for this opportunity will possess the following attributes:
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, yet friendly and personable
- Ability to work independently and/or within a team environment
- Attention to detail is an absolute must
- Ability to transport, set up, and take down photography gear: Backgrounds, lighting kits and related equipment (ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. is considered a requirement)
- Candidates must be prepared to undergo a Criminal Records check

· Hours: +/- 40 per week, Monday ‐ Friday (Weekend work required on occasion)
· Note: Varied daily start and end times based on client/location requirements.
· Salary: Paid twice monthly, plus bonus Incentives, plus mileage where appropriate
