Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love great food, and want to be part of something legendary this summer? We’re Festival Beast and we’re looking for energetic, reliable, and fun-loving food truck staff to join our team for 10 action-packed days at the 2026 Red River Ex!
Who We Are:
Festival Beast isn’t just a name, it’s a movement. We’ve been feeding Canadian festival-goers since 2012 with boldly delicious creations from our brands Bacon Nation, Mexican Street Food, and Dirty Sodas Canada.
You might recognize some of our fun festival food from social media:
- UFO Bacon Burger and Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese from Bacon Nation
- Deep Fried Birria Taco Bombs from Mexican Street Food
-Butter Root Beer Dirty Soda from Dirty Sodas Canada
...and other dangerously delicious treats you can’t get anywhere else.
We’ve served up smiles (and sizzling bacon) at the Canadian National Exhibition, the Royal Winter Fair, and the Calgary Stampede.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring multiple positions for: Cashiers/ Expediters/ Assemblers!
✅ What You’ll Need:
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first mindset (we ride together, we fry together!)
- Availability for June 12-21, 2026 (10 day-full event)
- Previous Cashier experience required **Bonus if you have food handling experience or previous festival or food truck experience
