What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Educating clients on our tanning, wellness, spray tanning, and lash services.
- Recommending memberships, packages, and retail products that best suit each client's needs.
- Building long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Booking appointments and managing daily studio scheduling.
- Processing transactions accurately and maintaining client records.
- Keeping the studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Working as part of a supportive team to achieve individual and studio sales goals.
- Participating in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
