Award winning Cucci Ristorante, Fine Dinning Modern Italian is looking for a skilled line cook to work with our amazing team. The position involves cooking fresh pastas, preparing all mise en place for the station from scratch. Knowledge of various classic sauces are an asset as well as Italian restaurant experience.
