Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Renovation Carpenter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that values work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry tasks for residential renovations
- Work closely with our design team to execute renovation plans
- Some finishing carpentry skills like baseboard and door casing installation.
- Wall framing.
- Installation, patching and repairing drywall to prepare surfaces for finishing
- Complete demolition work safely and efficiently
- Apply paint and finishes to various surfaces
- Prepare kitchens and bathrooms for new cabinet and tile installations
- Work collaboratively with team members on various renovation projects
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of renovation carpentry experience
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret renovation plans and elevation drawings
- Tools: Must own and maintain personal hand and power tools
- License: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Skills: Proficiency in drywall repair, demolition, painting, and general carpentry
- Physical: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
