We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and sales opportunities
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
- Track and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (Outlook, SDS, or similar) is an asset
- Strong administration skills with proven ability to be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
