Job Summary
ManuPack is looking for dependable and hardworking Production Support Associates to assist with daily food production and packaging operations. This is an entry-level, hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Team members will help with packaging, labeling, sorting, and general production support while following food safety and cleanliness standards. Most work takes place in refrigerated areas with occasional freezer exposure.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with extruding, packaging, sealing, and labeling food products
- Organize and sort finished goods for freezer storage
- Palletize and master casing
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Support general production and sanitation tasks as needed
- Handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
- Help move products, ingredients, and boxes throughout the facility
Work Environment
- Refrigerated production areas (4–8°C)
- Occasional freezer exposure
- Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements required
- Fast-paced team environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous packaging, or production experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and move boxes safely
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Good attention to cleanliness and organization
- Able to follow instructions and work well with others
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Schedule
- 20–30 hours per week
- Day shifts
- Additional hours may be available based on production needs
Compensation & Benefits
