General Labour Team Member
Toyotetsu Canada Inc. (TTCA) is a Tier 1 Automotive Parts Supplier to Toyota Manufacturing Facilities located in the heart of Norfolk County. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure our automotive parts are assembled with a high degree of quality.
We are currently hiring contract Team Members. We have openings as Material Handlers, Robotic Welding Cell Operators and Stamping Press Off-Loaders. These positions start on a contract basis but have strong potential to lead to future full-time, permanent positions. Job Summary Shifts:
- 2 Shift (Days, Afternoons)
- 3 Shift (Days, Afternoons Midnights)
- Bi-weekly rotation
- 8-10-hour shifts required.
- Up to 40-60 hours / week
Contract Wage: $20.55
Job Duties:

Production related tasks including parts assembly, off-loading parts, and transferring parts.
- Operate machinery and equipment and assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers.
- Perform essential duties of the job required in a safe, proficient manner.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding work environment.
- Repetitive work with some heavy lifting required.
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye co-ordination and standing for extended periods are required.
- Proficient reading, writing and numerical skills.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Available to work rotating shifts.

Physically fit for heavy lifting of up to 30 lbs.
