Pano Bar & Grill is looking for a part-time or full-time Server/Bartender to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and values being part of a supportive, team-focused workplace.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a service professional who:
- Has experience in bartending and serving
- Is familiar with CO₂ beverage systems, kegs, and draft beer
- Holds a valid ProServe certification
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Delivers outstanding customer service
- Works well as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests
- Prepare and serve beverages, including draft beer and mixed drinks
- Operate and maintain bar and beverage systems
- Handle POS transactions and cash accurately
- Support events, banquets, and daily restaurant operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
