We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, maintaining a professional front desk presence
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars using office management software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
- Assist with filing, document proofreading, and general clerical duties to support daily operations
- Support bookkeeping activities, including basic invoicing and record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Languages: English . Mandarin . Cantonese is an asset.
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a front desk receptionist
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing
- Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in wellness centre environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of organization and professionalism
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
