Marketing & Scheduling Coordinator (Phone Outreach) – Part-Time / Full-Time
Canada Home Maintenance Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Marketing & Scheduling Coordinator.
The main responsibility of this role is to connect with potential and existing customers by phone, introduce our services, follow up on leads, and help schedule appointments for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calls and warm leads)
- Follow up with previous inquiries and existing customers
- Explain our services in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and update customer information
- Maintain accurate notes and communication records
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and building strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule technicians efficiently.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, call centers, appointment setting, or dispatching is an asset.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone throughout the day.
Important: This is not primarily an administrative position. We are looking for a customer-focused professional whose main responsibilities are:
- Calling customers and generating opportunities for services.
- Scheduling appointments and organizing technicians' schedules.
The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, is proactive on the phone, and can effectively convert customer conversations into booked jobs.
Training Provided
We provide training on our services, systems, and customer communication process. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with people and enjoys helping customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Vacation pay as required by Ontario Employment Standards
- Statutory holiday pay as required by Ontario Employment Standards
- Canada Pension Plan (CPP) contributions
- Employment Insurance (EI) contributions
- Training provided
