About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging marketing content, managing social media platforms, editing videos, and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Design professional marketing materials using Canva
- Create property For Sale, Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House, and Business Flyers
- Design attractive Property Information Sheets
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut or similar software
- Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule, and manage Mailchimp email campaigns and newsletters
- Send mass email marketing campaigns to clients and prospects
- Manage and update the company's CRM with contacts and marketing data
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing materials
- Upload marketing materials to Google Drive, Linktree, and other online platforms
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy for listings and promotional posts
- Coordinate marketing for residential, commercial, and business listings
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices
- Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of digital marketing experience (real estate experience is an asset)
- Strong knowledge of Canva
- Experience with Mailchimp
- Experience with CapCut or similar video editing software
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube marketing
- Experience running or assisting with paid social media advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Photography and videography experience
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and SEO
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation
- Understanding of branding and content strategy
