Job Description:
Job Type: Part-Time - Permanent
Work Location: 2900 Steeles Avenue West Concord ON L4K 3S2.
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Shift Duration: 11:30PM to 4:30AM (3-5 hours per day)
**Applicants must be able to work 25 hours per week**
Responsibilities and Duties:

Accurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners).

Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data.

Ensure packages are processed in compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.

Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail to support revenue integrity.

Communicate effectively

Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and security procedures.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35kg)
Full availability to work Monday to Friday (all five days of the week)
Ability to read labels
Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning and dimensioning equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles
No Warehouse experience required
Compensation and Benefits:
$18.15 - automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement.
Unionized position with automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement.
Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility, program approval, and satisfactory academic performance)

Expenses/Working Conditions:
Monthly union dues (approximately $52/month) A union initiation fee of $50 (will be deducted after completing 90 working days with UPS)
