About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our business. This is a dynamic position that blends financial administration, customer service, and inventory coordination, and is ideal for someone with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a comparable mid-sized ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration
- Process customer payments and manage accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare and send invoices, bank deposit slips, and journal entries
- Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Reconcile accounts and assist with bank reconciliations
Customer & Office Support
- Provide professional front-desk service: take orders, handle inquiries, and greet visitors
- Maintain and update customer accounts, payment records, and equipment logs
- Deliver responsive internal support for software and system navigation
- Inventory Coordination
- Review weekly stock reconciliations and manage inventory records
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate tracking of stock movement
Administrative Operations
- Keep digital and physical files organized and up to date
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and participate in training
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Technical Skills
- 3+ years in an administrative, accounting, or office support role
- Post-secondary training in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other mid-sized ERP systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, QuickBooks Enterprise)
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with inventory systems and management practices
