Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a positive dining experience, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer relations within a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each guest
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Support team members in delivering excellent hospitality experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for order processing and billing purposes
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as required

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
