Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and capable individual to help maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install agricultural irrigation systems (Pivots and pumps). If you take pride in hands-on work, enjoy solving problems, and value working independently in the field, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a 4th year or Journeyman Electrician to join our team as a lead technician.
At A-1 we pride ourselves on providing a strong work/life balance and a pro-family environment. We don't work Sundays and only work select Saturdays during the irrigation season(April-July). Responsibilities
- Install and maintain Pivots and pumps
- Install and service 480V 3 Phase services
- Troubleshoot and fix complex electrical issues on irrigation systems
- Pipe fit new installations
- Form, pour, and finish concrete
- Operate a variety of equipment (Bobcat/skidsteer, zoom boom/telehandler, knuckle picker, mini excavator, backhoe, truck and trailer)
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical irrigation systems
Requirements
- Class 5 drivers license.
- Spoken English must be strong
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Minimum 4th Year or Journeyman Electrician
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
