A W&G grill section cook braises and grills meat and vegetables with a high degree of skill. Assists in maintaining inventory by tracking, labelling, and replacing key ingredients. Prepares meat and vegetables by slicing, cutting, shredding, and tenderizing them as needed. We are looking for serious candidates ready to work as soon as possible.
