PART-TIME PERSONAL LINES BROKER. REAL HOURS, REAL CLIENTS, NO CALL CENTRE.
Reliant Insurance is an independently owned Alberta brokerage with offices in Devon, Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan. We're looking for a licensed personal lines broker to join our Devon branch part-time, 25 to 30 hours a week.
This is a branch role in a small office. You'll know your clients by name, most of them live in town, and nobody is timing your calls.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
- 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, days. Set schedule - we'll build it around what works for you.
- Home, auto, tenant and seasonal business for Devon and area clients
- Quoting, remarketing, renewals, endorsements and claims support
- Cross-selling and account rounding on the business already in front of you
- Working in Epic, our brokerage management system
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Level 1 General Insurance licence, in good standing with the Alberta Insurance Council (required)
- Personal lines experience is an advantage, but a strong Level 1 who wants to learn will do well here
- Genuinely good with people - most of this job is listening properly and explaining clearly
- Accurate. Personal lines lives and dies on the details.
- Comfortable in Microsoft 365 and a brokerage management system
WHAT WE OFFER
