Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain financial applications tailored for property funding and investment management. This role requires strong programming expertise, knowledge of financial systems, and the ability to deliver reliable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial software applications for property funding and investment management.
- Collaborate with financial analysts, product managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement features for loan management, payment processing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and industry standards.
- Integrate applications with accounting systems, CRMs, and third-party APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live financial environments.
- Document processes and provide training/support to end-users.
- Stay updated on emerging fintech trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably in financial or fintech applications.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience with financial systems, APIs, and payment gateway integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and database management.
- Understanding of financial compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
