Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Execute various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors.
- Assist with custodial and janitorial tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment needs.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintenance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as janitorial or custodial positions is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance can enhance your candidacy.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require special attention.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
