We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cabinet Maker / Kitchen Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet assembly, kitchen installations, and custom millwork, with the ability to read shop drawings and work independently. This role involves both shop and on-site work, assembling and installing high-quality kitchens, vanities, closets, and custom cabinetry. CNC experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Duties
- Assemble kitchen cabinets, vanities, closets, and custom millwork components.
- Install cabinetry, decorative panels, fillers, mouldings, and related millwork at customer sites.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and installation plans.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all cabinetry and installations meet company quality standards.
- Assist with loading, transporting, and handling cabinetry and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cabinet making, carpentry, millwork, or kitchen installation.
- Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- CNC machine operating or programming experience is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
