Job description:
Aeolus Group is hiring Customer Service Agents to support our government client at the transit depot in Thunder Bay. This is a public-facing role where you’ll help passengers with ticketing, parcel services, and general customer questions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service & Ticketing
- Provide friendly, helpful service at the ticket counter
- Sell bus and train tickets using ticketing system
- Answer customer questions about schedules, fares, and travel info
- Assist passengers in person, by phone, and by email
- Housekeeping duties
Parcel & Baggage Handling
- Receive, document, store, and release parcels and luggage
- Handle items up to 50–75 lbs (training provided)
- Maintain logs and ensure accuracy in all transactions
Daily Operations
- Perform opening/closing procedures
- Complete simple daily cash-outs and reconciliation
- Keep the customer area tidy (light cleaning only)
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Shifts Available
We are hiring for three shifts:
1. Day Shift (Full-Time)
Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am to 8:30 pm
2. Evening Shift (Part-Time)
Monday-Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 9:30pm to 12:30am
3. Fridays and Weekends (Part-Time)
Friday (7:30 am to 12 pm) & (12:30 pm to 4:00 pm)
Saturday (7:30 am to 11:30 am)
Sunday (4:00 pm to 9:00pm)
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation to/from the depot
- Must be available for assigned shift times
Bonus but not required:
- Experience in retail, customer service, ticketing, front desk, or parcel services
- Basic French (asset but NOT mandatory)
