Pet Care Provider
Independent Contractor - Vehicle Required
Do you genuinely enjoy spending your day with animals and building trust with both pets and their owners? Pet Parade Plus is currently growing our team in Kingston and Amherstview and is looking for dependable, experienced pet care providers who take pride in delivering reliable, compassionate care.
With over 25 years of experience in professional pet care, Pet Parade Plus continues to grow throughout Kingston and Amherstview. We’re looking for dependable, caring team members who understand the importance of consistency, communication, and treating every pet like family.
Responsibilities Include
- Dog walking and exercise visits from clients’ homes
- Pet sitting visits for cats, dogs, and small animals
- Occasional overnight care in client homes
- Following detailed care instructions for each individual pet
- Sending visit updates and photos through our scheduling app
- Traveling independently between appointments throughout the day
Ideal Candidates Will
- Have at least 1 year of hands-on animal care experience
- (dog walking, kennel, veterinary, daycare, pet sitting, etc.)
- Own a reliable personal vehicle
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Live in Kingston or Amherstview, Ontario
- Be comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
- Be dependable, organized, and punctual
- Be available during weekday daytime hours, with some flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
