We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities to ensure efficient operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and motivate team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance
- Manage customer service interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Oversee inventory levels to maximize sales potential
- Handle cash handling procedures, POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
