Key Responsibilitiess
- Assemble parts and products using tools and equipment
- Inspect completed assemblies for defects or inaccuracies
- Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Enter job traveller information in ERP database
- Report issues or defects promptly to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of assembly tools and equipment
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle small components
- Reliable and punctual, willing to work the posted shift
