Summary
We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team in Metro Vancouver area. This role is vital in supporting our mission to build durable and sustainable structures that meet our clients' needs and uphold our company's values.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, cleaning, and preparing sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
