As an Appliance Sales Representative, you will assist walk-in customers, respond to phone inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and recommend appliance solutions based on customer needs. Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through walk-in customer interactions, phone inquiries, repeat business, and assigned sales leads.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable appliance products and solutions.
- Prepare quotes, process customer orders, confirm pricing, review rebates, and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity details in ePASS.
- Provide exceptional customer service, timely follow-up, and professional support throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through product knowledge, service add-ons, and customer relationship building.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate of $18.75 per hour for the first 3 to 6 months probation period.
