Bayside Salon & Spa is a large, full-service salon offering hair, nail, beauty, and medical aesthetic services, covering an area of 5,700 square feet with luxurious décor, providing our staff with the best working experience. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Register Massage Therapist Cosmetologist Esthetician to join our wellness team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their individual needs.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
- Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans based on their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including medical history and treatment outcomes.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after treatments.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Experience
- License
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset to effectively communicate with clients about their health concerns.
- Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss treatment options and address client inquiries.
