As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and help ensure we continue delivering a world-class product to our customers.
This is not a desk-based leadership role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manufacturing Supervisor is a working leadership role that combines hands-on production responsibilities with day-to-day leadership of a small manufacturing team.
You will play a key role in ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and customer commitments are delivered on time.
Working closely with Operations, Inventory, and Logistics, you will help coordinate workflow, support problem-solving, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support a team of production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Work alongside the team while coordinating daily production activities and priorities
- Lead by example in safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and help resolve production issues
- Support equipment setups, troubleshooting, and problem-solving activities
- Train, coach, and develop team members while encouraging ownership and accountability
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture
- Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, and Logistics to ensure production schedules are achieved
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Maintain accurate production and workflow records
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Lead Hand, or Working Lead
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A leadership style that balances accountability with fairness and respect
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Forklift certification is considered an asset
- Experience with ERP, inventory, or production management systems such as Katana is considered an asset
