Supporting the General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant by:
Training, development and supervision of up to 15 team members in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
Supervise food production and assembly, uphold procedures, standards and quality control.
Uphold Health and Safety Standards.
Address customer complaints and concerns.
