Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Cook chicken and other menu items using established procedures to ensure quality and consistency
- Prepare ingredients for meal assembly, including breading, marinating, and seasoning
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations by sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly
- Follow food safety protocols during handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely availability of prepared food items
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
