We are a family-owned and operated pet supply store, proudly serving our community since 1989. We are looking for a full-time team member who has a genuine love for animals, enjoys working with people, and is excited to grow with our company and within the pet industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Operating our POS system and handling cash
- Opening and closing the store, we open at 9am and close at 6pm so there is no evening shifts
- Receiving and organizing freight
- Helping with weekly stock orders and inventory
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Assisting customers with their pet-related needs
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, energetic, and outgoing attitude
- A genuine love and passion for pets
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to take initiative
- Ability to handle freight weekly and lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous pet food or pet industry experience is an asset, but we are willing to train
- A valid driver’s licence is preferred, but not mandatory
- Mandatory to work weekends
- Fluent in English
- 17+ years of age
