Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized beauty consultations
- Conduct product demos and makeup applications to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection based on individual needs and preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries and managing appointments
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and tracking product levels
Qualifications
- Previous experience with hair, nails, cosmetics, or customer service preferred
- basic math skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and skincare products is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and professionally
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
