About the Role
We’re looking for a licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our in-house Fleet Maintenance Shop. You’ll work on company-owned tractors, trailers, and assorted equipment—not mystery units rolling in off the highway. If you take pride in fixing things properly the first time and prefer organized chaos over actual chaos, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Class 8 tractors and trailers
- Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, and drivetrain systems
- Complete safeties, annual inspections, and compliance repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently (no parts-cannon diagnostics)
- Maintain accurate service records and inspection documentation
- Work collaboratively with operations to keep equipment safe, reliable, and on the road
- Follow all safety procedures and shop standards (we like our fingers where they are)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license (non-negotiable)
- Experience working on Class 8 tractors and trailers
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Solid work ethic, good attitude, and a sense of humor helps
- Valid driver’s license (AZ/DZ is an asset, not required)
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly wages based on experience
- Steady, year-round work (no seasonal surprises)
- Well-equipped shop with proper tools and support
- A stable company with a practical, no-drama work environment
- Opportunity to grow with a fleet that values maintenance—not just breakdowns
Why Work With Us?
At TSS, maintenance isn’t an afterthought—it’s part of how we run the business. You’ll be respected for your skill, listened to when something doesn’t look right, and backed up when quality matters more than rushing a repair.
