As a Product Advisor you are responsible for all aspects of the sales process - greeting customers on site or online, providing thorough consultations of both the vehicle itself and various purchase options, collecting data with regard to trade evaluations, practice of exceptional follow up and customer service

Do you have the follow skills and attributes:

Clarity on the nature of purchase options like financing, leasing and cash plans

Qualifications:
Experience in a retail, customer facing sales position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using a CRM tool and guided follow up practices
Motivated and excited at the prospect of ongoing professional training through Toyota University
OMVIC License
Valid G drivers license
