We are hiring for a hybrid role of Inside Sales and Returns Specialist. Are you passionate about customer service, helping others, and building a meaningful career in sales? This role may be for you!
What To Expect:
As an Inside Sales member, you'll get to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you will never be bored
Work closely with your teammates to ensure the store is running at peak operational performance
Be passionate about customer service
Utilize great interpersonal skills
Have a strong desire to advance knowledge and skills in the automotive field
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Processing returns and warranties
Able to work at the 31748 South Fraser Way location in Abbotsford
Able to travel off-site and work at various customer locations in Abbotsford and Chilliwack to support returns and inventory
Skills and Experience:
Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, but not required
Experience in the sales or retail industry
Experience working individually and within a team
Good computer and typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to lift 40-50 lbs
Strong sales skills in person and on the phone
Comfortable working in different environments, especially outside of the store location, including regular visits to automotive shops, local businesses, and farms
Hold a valid license and be willing to travel to various locations with a company vehicle

Full-time: 32-40 hours/week
Must be available weekends, holidays, and weekdays.
Hourly wage and benefits are highly competitive, paid based on experience.
