We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) with over 6-7 years of experience to lead Agile delivery initiatives and support Scrum teams in delivering high-quality business solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum practices, remove delivery impediments, and foster collaboration between business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Manage sprint execution, backlog readiness, and delivery planning to ensure timely and successful releases.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
- Promote collaboration across development teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and Agile maturity, driving process improvements where required.
- Support program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and release coordination.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
Required Skills
- 6-7 years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Project Delivery, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum Framework, and SDLC.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
