PIPELAYER $34- $40/hr
Frazer Excavation is immediately hiring Pipe layers for projects in the lower mainland. We are a mid-sized, multi-disciplinary Contractor specializing in civil/earthworks and land clearing/grinding/biomass. Ownership is actively involved in the daily operations of the company. We self-perform much of the work we contract in order to maintain control of schedule, quality and cost. Responsibilities
- Knowledge of storm/sanitary sewer, underground utilities and water main installation.
- Pipe layers will be responsible for ensuring that all underground utilities are correctly laid and backfilled to proper grade and alignment.
- Experience installing water, storm and sanitary pipe systems.
- Check slopes for conformance to requirements using levels or lasers.
Employment Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in BC’s civil and residential construction industry field is required
- Valid drivers license
- Own vehicle is an asset
- Able to lift up to 23kg / 50 lbs
- Good attention to detail, dependable.
