Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Manager to lead youth-focused initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development and possess strong skills in program management, administration, and team supervision. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs, ensuring they meet organizational goals and community needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee youth programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
- Supervise staff and volunteers involved in youth programming, providing leadership, training, and support
- Monitor program progress through data collection and evaluation to ensure objectives are met
- Foster partnerships with community organizations, schools, and stakeholders to enhance program reach and effectiveness
- Prepare reports on program activities, outcomes, and financial status for internal review and external partners
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations
- Coordinate events, workshops, and activities that promote youth engagement and development
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management within community or youth services settings
- Strong administrative skills with experience in budgeting and financial oversight
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for youth development and community engagement
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, education, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Pay: $54,698.00-$124,497.38 per year
