Real Estate Sales Representative

We are currently seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Representatives who want structure, opportunity, and strong leadership to support their success.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with brokerage-provided buyer and seller leads
- Convert opportunities into active clients and closed transactions
- Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations
- Manage pipeline activity using CRM systems
- Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
- Deliver a high level of client service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Valid RECO real estate license (Ontario)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, client-focused mindset
- Willingness to work in-office on a regular basis
- Commitment to following proven systems and processes
- Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented attitude
This is a commission-based role, with income directly tied to performance and production.

Pay: $53,382.00-$272,666.00 per year

- RECO license (preferred)
- in the middle of Humber etc. Real Estate courses (preferred)
